This gives us a distinct advantage over the competition because we know first hand the challenges in the administration of third party auditing accounts and maintaining them while trying to secure work.

COMPLIANCE
MITIGATITION
Compliance mitigation is a process where your company goes through an internal audit to find out exactly the type of work you do and see if the requirements of the TPA (Third Party Auditor) actually apply to you.
For example, we have seen a generic QA/QC (Quality Analysis/Quality Control) manual requirement for many companies. In reality, that is a prerequisite that only applies to the manufacturing sector. If you are a transportation company that ends up with an Owner/Client mandate to have a QA/QC then we begin our waiver & variance process to eliminate it from your account.
Often we negotiate these waivers directly with the owner clients.
In the end, this will save you a tremendous amount of money. In this example, a QA/QC manual typically costs between $7,000-$15,000.
INSURANCE
SPECIALIST
Insurance rates are applied to contractors straight across the board. Many times excessive rates are applied to contractors that spend a limited amount of time on site or are not in a position to cause catastrophic damage in the field. It is for this reason that we have an insurance specialist on staff that will assist you in the negotiation of your rates.
If you have been carrying a 3 or 5 million dollar umbrella policy and you are requested to carry 10 then we would closely review your situation and see if that excess coverage is really necessary.
We will negotiate these rates directly with the Owner/Clients on your behalf.
We have one client that we saved $30,000 in insurance premiums alone.
NOTE – All negotiations must take place BEFORE you sign your MSA (Master Service Agreement). We cannot negotiate rates after-the-fact.
DOCUMENTATION
SPECIALIST
We have a documentation specialist on staff that will go through your account and generate all your written requirements.
We do not use boilerplate material and then simply slap your name on it. All documentation is custom and further refined by you.
We have a computer-assisted documentation generation system that will customize your programs for the Owner/Clients that you work for. That way you can rest assured that your internal policies will be in line with the company you are working for. Mirroring your Owner/Client's policies puts your company head and shoulders above the rest.
If your documentation is good enough it can assist in loosening some of the extraneous safety training requirements. For example, if you are required to have a training program on radiation exposure, but your employees are never exposed to it, then a good radiation awareness chapter can sometimes get you out of the requirement of having a formal program.
