Get Registered with a Third Party Auditor/Qualifier like PEC Premier, or PICS Auditiing.

Build a company profile including the type of work you do, how many employees you have, what types of vehicles you have etc.

Determine what geographic locations you are willing to work in.
Review the compiled data and see what corporate contract administrators would be the best fit for your company or which contractors that we are already working with in the market you are trying to break into.

Submit your company for review to the Owner/Client or connect you with other contractors that are working for them.
Negotiate extraneous contractual issues like insurance rates, waivers and variances.
